Your child might like to visit some of these sites for practice or a challenge. Many of these sites will in turn have links to similar sites. - The work located online might not match your child’s ability. Bear this in mind and keep looking or experimenting.
- Try to maximise the child’s enthusiasm by making learning fun.
- If the learning activity is presented well your child will engage in a n ongoing cycle of challenge and success.
- Some website activities will address single subjects (eg. mathematics), others will be more “holistic” – requiring a range of skills and drawing from multiple subject disciplines within a single challenge.
